The Case Against Vacation Policy
There’s a case being made against vacation policy that fixes a set number of vacation days per year. The argument runs that staff should have as much vacation as they want, whenever they want… provided they meet their goals. The cynic in me says that some staff are going to try to claim overtime to meet their goals so they can have more paid vacation.
